GA-12plus – hand-held gas analyser

GA-12plus hand-held analyser that can be equipped with up to 4 EC cells.
Larger cousin of GA-12 analyser that share very similar functionality and options.
Thanks to larger housing fits more sensors, is equipped with Li-ion battery by default.
Manufactured according to the principles of EN50379.

Main features

Two versions of analyser are available:

  1. Standard version with single pressure sensor
  2. Version with additional differential pressure sensor (that allows to perform measurements of gas flow velocity)

Hereby tool helps to configure, in few simple steps, ready to measure analyser. It allows to select main structural components, like gas dryer, gas sensors, etc. Some elements, like probe pipes are to be selected separately. This mini-configurator, generates a list of madur codes that identifies the selected configuration. Customer may add own comments and requests. Device configuration has to be verified by pressing the Refresh button in the Order Summary section. Order summary can be send to our sale engineers for validation and in order to obtain price offer.

THIS ELEMENT IS ORDERED SEPARATELY, YET IT IS ESSENTIAL TO WORK WITH ANALYSER!
Together with an exchangeable gas probe pipe is a complete gas probe for extraction of gas sample.
It has single gas tube ended with quick coupler and electric cable ended with a 4-pin connector.
Gas probe pipe is mounted with a M30x1 fitting.
Probe holder is equipped with an in-line filter with a condensation trap (recommended pore size of the filter inlet is 5µm).
Probe holder is available in two versions:

  1. heated (with a slit for a filter for soot measurement test)
  2. unheated (without a possibility to perform soot test)

THIS ELEMENT IS ORDERED SEPARATELY, YET IT IS ESSENTIAL TO WORK WITH ANALYSER!
Exchangeable gas probe pipe mounted on the probe holder with M30x1 fastening.
It has thermocouple type K (in some configurations type S) for measurement of gas temperature and a threaded fixing cone. With the probe holder is a complete gas probe.
There are many probe pipes available. They differ in length and working temperature.
For work efficiency it is advised to own different probe pipes to be able to adjust to the measurement place.

Portable printer and printer paper

Portable printer

Portable printer (battery operated), communicates with the analyser via wireless HP-IR interface. Allows to print measurement results instantly on the 58mm thermal paper.
The printer is delivered together with 4 Ni-MH rechargeable batteries and a single roll of paper but WITHOUT mains adapter (which is necessary for battery charging). The mains adapter has to be ordered separately.

Pitot tube

Pitot tube is used for indirect measurement of gas flow velocity (measurement with the analayser’s differential pressure sensor).
A few lengths of tubes are available. Pitot tube has 2m gas tubings to connect it with the analyser.
